At Aqua Lab Technologies, we strive for complete customer satisfaction by offering a straightforward return process for unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging with all security seals intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team or log into your account to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging and include a copy of your RMA form or packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Aqua Lab

  Affix the shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to confirm it is in new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
